I am sick and tired of Verizon saying this is a Samsung issue. BTW, Samsung says that they have not heard of any issues with S5 and Lollipop - I went directly to them since Verizon T2 cannot do anything. I PAID FOR MY PHONE AND MY MONTHLY SERVICE AND WARRANTY TO VERIZON! THEY are responsible for my satisfaction. TThey say that if there are enogh people who are dissatisfied they will replace the phone with a G6. HOW CAN WE GET OUR VOICES HEARD?!?!?!?

Of course Samsung would say this... Because people keep going to the carriers and voicing the problems. The same problems you are having can be found on all carriers including overseas.

You could write to the appropriate executive leader in your region (provide a well crafted succinct correspondence and put them in a position to want to help you):
And/or you could file with the BBB.

Would you mind notify me when the fix for this issue is available? Or step by step to downgrade back to Android 4.4.2? I can not afford keep charging my new battery every 3 hours

Downgrade- Voids any and all warranty. But Google S5 Downgrade kitkat
No, Verizon and Samsung will NOT provide you with a way to do this.
Apparently, they want us to get the update, they just don't want to deal
with the consequences of updating.
