Using Local GMS SIM Cards in Europe?

I want to use a local GMS SIM cards while traveling in Europe:

1. Please list the specific steps to use a Local GMS SIM card while in Europe.
   • Is there a URL?
2. Please list the specific steps to resume serve with Verizon.
   • Is there a URL?
3. Please list the cost details to use Local GMS SIM cards while in Europe
   
   
4. Please list the Verizon cost details to resume service with Verizon.

I have a Galaxy S3 running under Android 4.3

Europe in the summer is awesome, Shaiya. I'm not sure how the process works once you arrive in Europe. You will need to speak with the local carrier to find out what the specifics are. All you will need to have is an global device.

Once you arrive back at home, you can put your Verizon SIM card back in your phone and resume usage. There are no charges associated with the change.
