I will be traveling to Europe and know that I cannot use my cell phone there (Motorola Devour). What features of this phone will I be able to use while in Europe--WIFI, camera, voice recorder, etc...???

I think my question about what features would work on my Devour overseas was just answered, from the post Travelling to Europe. Not tlo be Dense , but as long as the app. does not depend on any voice / data service, the Devour will still run it as if it were a mini computer, Right??? But I wonder if the GPS will work? Any answers on that, I leave for Costa Rica in a few days & a GPS would be nice.

GPS will not work as it depends on towers for info. Well let me rephrase, GPS may work, but you will not have the map sets to help with roads and directions as those are dependent on towers to give you the info.. When I was there in CR I used my device anywhere I had Wifi. Sent emails and IM's and such. Where abouts in CR are you going????
