Upset with rep

Hey Verizon,

I went to a verizon store in east hanover NJ today to reup my phone a day early (it was my birthday). So Keith came over and said we can do it but you have to buy all these extra things. 100 dollars more to be exact! We left and he made a snide comment, and we called to complain, when I got my new phone I called to tell him, I left a heartfelt message! I will try again tommorow and hopefully speak to him and say thanks! Verizon, fire this Keith person, >Keep personal opinions of others to yourself< And I may never go to a verizon store ever again after my contract expires if he is not fired or at least suspended.

You can submit a complaint with a customer service supervisor.

Just dont be a jerk to customer service because the store rep was a jerk to you.

Just be cool and ask for a sup to submit a store complaint and the supervisor can forward the complaint to his supervisor.
