Unknown Callers

I'm not sure if this issue is related to the new phone (LG Ally) or the Verizon service (also new).  I got all my contacts sync'd and backed up using the Backup Assistant; however, all of my calls are still coming in as "Unknown" even though the caller is listed in my Contacts.  Help please!!

  • Log into your verizon online account (primary)
  • Under account actions go to change features 
  • Select phone line
  • Look under caller ID section
  • Make sure Caller ID is turned on
