Unknown Callers

I'm not sure if this issue is related to the new phone (LG Ally) or the Verizon service (also new). I got all my contacts sync'd and backed up using the Backup Assistant; however, all of my calls are still coming in as "Unknown" even though the caller is listed in my Contacts. Help please!!

- Log into your verizon online account (primary)
- Under account actions go to change features
- Select phone line
- Look under caller ID section
- Make sure Caller ID is turned on
- Next
