Thanks for sharing those details, WillB88. It sounds like you've done all you can to get your Droid 2 back to working order (including taking it one one our retail locations for help). I do regret that when you visited, we weren't able to help. It surprises me that we didn't at least discuss replacement options with you. Do you know if your upgrade date has arrived? If not, you can check by logging in to your account at http://bit.ly/xB4iTc. If you're eligible now, you can even process your upgrade through the same site, or return to the nearest store http://bit.ly/3SdsA for help. Best of wishes to you!

Hi WillB88,
I am sorry you're having issues with your device. Does your device have any physical or water damage? Try removing the battery to see if it responses when you put it back in and going to power up the device.
Thanks,

No water damage and slight physical damage it's almost 3yrs old. I brought
it in to a Verizon retail store and they looked at it and couldn't
assist/determine a solution. I tried removing battery, soft reset and I
hard reset my phone as well nothing worked. Thought maybe someone knew
another possible method.
Thanks,
Will
