So I finally got mine working but it took seriously 10 phone calls (from a
different phone) to get mine working They like to pretty much spell it out
you are dumb so if you do call in be prepared to be offended. They claim
its because of "network updates" but they're full of crap. Tell them to fix
it, or you're going to the president of the company directly with your
complaints. (Not that he will care I'm sure). They'll get off their butts
to fix it. The quality of cellular customer service in all companies has
gone to hell. The only decent service I've had was when I had sprint, but
alas I live in the wilderness and sprint isnt available here. Good luck on
