my wife has had virzon for sevrial yrs now and at first thay were great . In the past year in a half the survice has been ""CRAPPY" the thing about it that there is a tower two miles from us . We had a man come out to check thing out ,and his reason was that we live in a moble home and the single was that good in the house ! I told him ...Bull!!! .....because outside in the yard is the same way!! 'sometime in the house works and not outside then the other way around. Really funny A couply years back virzon way playing with the tower etc (was told by a person that works there) We have a friend that was haveing somewhat the same problem ,She went to the V store and was talked into getting a new phone ....that beans a new contrack!
do you get it now!!! Our phones is a couple yrs old and the contrack is up .we were told we could get a new phone to fix the problem ,you guess it . A new contrack with it . The thing is were we need it the most it does not work half the time ... our Home!!!!! Has anyone else half this problem?
Anyways Verizon is not going to make you get a new phone to fix and issue with a tower.
