The time on my phone is off by 5 minutes

I checked all the settings and everything seems to be okay, but the device is off by 5 minutes. Any ideas on how to fix that?

I hope a Verizon rep notices this new reply.  My phone has been five minutes fast for about two months.  My work phone (also Verizon) is correct.  My computer is correct.  I cannot rely on my primary phone's time.  I hope there is a fix.  It is a motorola z4.
