I have been trying to get into my account since yesterday. I called and was told they were upgrading their website and would be up within 4 hours. That was yesterday morning. Yep, still down!

I have been getting the same error for a couple of days. The Android app doesn't work either. Meanwhile I continue to get emails and text telling me my bill is available.

I keep getting the samething. Technical difficulties in verizon app, cant reach customer service either
