Text messaging/port issues

Ever since I ported from Virgin Mobile, I cannot receive any text messages from Virgin customers, but they can get mine. I have filed numerous tickets, but still not working. Any ideas? I have called both companies and they just blame it on one another.

Have you spoken to the Port Department or just Customer Service? Call 888-844-7095 for the port department to see if they can make a confrence call with virgin mobile.
