I could write a short story here about the terrible experience I'm having with Verizon and the phone they sold me. I won't go into detail about all the issues, calls, frustrations, and still going on.
Beware!!! Don't be talked out of the phone you want at the verizon store. Beware of the moto razr max hd!!! Crackly, vibrating speaker sounds like electric shocks. I hate exchanging things but had to return the phone it was so bad. The next one did the SAME thing. Now I'm told I'm past the 14 return policy so I can only have a refurbished phone. Choices now gone although the same problem on both phones. Verizon...your company full of BS and car salespeople is terrible.
