Switching service from an old Droid Bionic to a Galaxy S5, SIM isn't recognized.

I bought my coworker's galaxy s5. I'm going through the process of switching the phones in MyVerizon, and I'm entering the SIM number in after the IMEI. It's saying the code is invalid, then tells me the SIM code is 20 digits starting with 89, but so is the code I'm entering. I don't know what's up, cause I didn't run into this issue when I switched to the Bionic the same way when my phone broke before.

Which phone were you using before you switched to the Bionic?  Did it use a SIM at all, did it use a standard sized SIM card, or were you using a phone that had a nano or micro sized SIM and then you used a SIM card adapter?  The reason I'm asking is, depending on the response, even if you can get your SIM from the Bionic to be recognized via My Verizon, it may not work in the Galaxy S5 ... the Bionic uses a standard sized SIM card and the Galaxy S5 uses a micro SIM.  If you need a new SIM card, they're free at your local Corporate VzW store or by calling Customer Service (*611 from a cell or 800-922-0204).

Are you sure you entering the number correctly (not using l instead of 1 and O for 0), that is the difference between lowercase letter L and number 1 and lowercase letter O and number 0, I believe it should be all numbers and no letters.
