I seem to have trouble with sound at times. Sometimes I will go to play a YouTube video or listen to Spotify and there isn't any sound. I have checked all of my sound settings and they are all up.

What about the sound for the individual app? Also, I have noticed that sometimes, and I havent pin-pointed it yet, but if I use a BT headset and then disconnect it while a music app was running, that after the fact, my music is muted, and I have to turn it back up.

I checked the apps and not working. Could it be when I don't have wifi, the sound won't play?

If you have those apps set to play only on wifi, such as stream wifi only and avoid mobile data connections, you would hear no sound unless connected to WiFi.

Turn wifi on. Or either go to the settings of each app and make sure that using mobile data is allowed. then make sure mobile data is on.
