I got a new Sony Xperia Z3v less than a week ago. It seems to work great except when I get incoming calls it rings but I don't see the incoming call screen that shows me who it is or even have the swipe function to answer a call. If I didn't enable motion functions I wouldn't be able to answer the call. Other than that the phone works great. Anyone else have this issue?

@michaelijok,
Look no further help is here! I researched this and did not find it to be a known reported issue with this phone. Does this happen with every call you receive? Try this http://vz.to/1BkOAv1 & retest. Keep us posted if the issue persist.

My husband's new phone had the exact same issue of not being able to answer incoming calls and this tip did the trick. Thank you!
