It's really making me mad Verizon! Better get your act together I haven't been able to text on this phone yet, why should I pay for my full bill when I can't use my phones full functions
Remove SIM, power down, reinsert SIM, power on. No dice? Call Verizon for proper provisioning.
We want to see you get the full functions of your awesome new device, brandiblondie. And we certainly don't want to see you remain upset. Our friend Snn5 had a great suggestion for a starting point but if it's still occuring let's find out a bit more. What happens when you try to send a text? Does the person sending you a text get an error back? What model was your last phone and was it with Verizon?
