I have a Note 3 that has a few issues, poor reception, running slow, etc. Want to run the software repair. Will all my apps and related data be lost? I know it will back up contacts and other info but no mention of apps. Tbanks
We definitely understand how important keeping your data within your apps safe, RandyRR. While your Google Play account (linked to your Gmail account on your device) keeps a history of all downloaded apps, predicting the backup of in-app data is difficult at best. We often recommend reaching out to the app developer to confirm if this data is backed up by the app itself.
