Service unavailable for Android 5 update

I can't update my verizon Galaxy S5 to lollipop.

Don't do it!!! The update is HORRIBLE! You'll be fortunate to get half the battery life that you get before the update. I would wait until 5.1 or 5.2 is released. I updated a few days ago, and my phone is useless now. The battery gets less than half the life, the phone constantly overheats, and it even turned itself off last night while charging.

I would wait this out longer until a more stable version is released.

Just to add to this to make it that much more fortified in opinions....I wouldn't do it, NAY, don't do it.

This update ruined the phones. Not only overheating, the auto brightness sensor doesn't work either. I have to adjust the brightNess manually. Verizon,  you have done a fine job in pushing this update. Total cluster.
