Service Terrible at The House

We just got the ally and really all our previous phones have terrible reception at our home any help? Have done all the updates and *228 etc... boosters are outrageous in cost any ideas

One thing you could try is asking for a hybrid PRL. Since Alltel was merged with Verizon in your area, it will allow you connect to both the Verizon towers and any Alltel towers that haven't been fully converted to Verizon.
