How can I disable this alert?

I use a Samsung Galaxy s8.

Just started happening to me too around an hour ago after recent phone updates. Trusted secure network and relentless popups. 

Just disabled the app itself, and no more issues.

Dont disable the app! That's just what skynet wants you to do in order to access the world wide network. Dont you see?!?! This is the start of judgment day and the new Terminator movie release is the day skynet goes live! Your just handing them over your consent!!

I'm pretty sure it is the security update they pushed a couple days ago.  Never had this issue until today after disconnecting and then reconnecting to my WIFI.  I'm a SysAdmin, so I know what devices are connected to my network, and it isn't compromised.

I've had the same issue in my home that started two hours ago and I'm trying to figure out how to stop it.

Same here. Annoying popup. It must have done it about 4 times in the last 30 minutes

I tried to trun off notifications....didnt work.

Next up, force sto, disable.
