i have samsung stratosphere -- get bad static on it -- i can hear people but they can't hear/understand me. have turned off and left off for 24 hrs and that worked one time only. any suggestions?
I've had one for 2 years and no problems with voice or data. Must be bad phone. However I'm having problems with the network and not receiving 4G or 3G in home location where it's suppose to be 4G.
