My phone won't recognize my sd card through the music player or let me access my photo gallery every once in a while. The only constant showing is Astro File Manager. Also, when I power my phone on there's an issue of my phone rebooting to a screen that doesn't show the top status/notification bar. It then reboots a few minutes later to the proper screen. Would Verizon replace it or just tell me to factory reset. If someone has had this happen I'd rather be told to just reset it myself rather than waste a trip to Verizon.
They would probably have you reset it as part of the trouble shooting. Unfortunately, with intermittent problems, they may be hard to reproduce while in the store so you may have a hard time convincing them to replace the phone. It might almost be easier to call customer service.
