I wish I had seen this before I bought mine. It is still happening. 
After receiveing a comment and link from Samsung Mobile Timeline on Facebook, I went to the website and the only release there is the release for USB driver. I chatted with a representative from the Samsung website, and he said Samsung is aware of the issue, but doesn't want to give release dates due to confusion. This is ridiculous, and I just want a new phone, non-Samsung, for the non-properly functioning phone Samsung has released. My phone continually drops calls and both Verizon Wireless and Samsung has admitted the problem. I am going to post to every social network possible about this issue. No one, Samsung nor Verizon wants to help with the issue or release the "update" to fix this issue. Total crap! I am fed up with a phone that doesn't work properly, but believe, I will get the word out into the public about Samsung and not backing up their products nor remedying solutions to their products.
