My Samsung Stratosphere sends text messages that the receiver sees as boxes and other symbols instead of words. Is there a fix for that? Also my voice mail "new message" notification is stuck at 2 messages and will not clear. It doesn't recognize when a new voice message arrives. How can I clear that?
Lets get those messages to be read, KathleenKDK! Does this happen with every receiver or just that one person? Which device do you have? Do you receive the messages the same way? Its possible if they have a basic device, that is how the message will come in.
Go to settings > call settings > clear voicemail notification to clear the notifications. Let us know how it goes.
