Samsung SIII Stopped Accepting my password on regular voice mail. Can someone tell me how to reset password?

Can someone please tell me how to reset my regular voice mail password? All of a sudden, my Samsung III has stopped accepting my password. Thanks.

You'll probably have to call customer service to reset it - since you need to use the PW to access the settings on the phone. Call *611 on your handset or 800-922-0204. Choose Option 4, then say "Agent" at the prompt to get to a live person fairly quickly.
