Anyone else have your Samsung S5 completely wiped without data, including the Microsd card. I am debating switching from a droid and verizon if my data is not restored.

I would be concerned, too, if this happened on my device. Just need a little more information from you: Were you using your device when this occurred? Did your device do any software updates or have new apps downloaded before this happened? Was your device backed up anywhere (Verizon Cloud, Google, etc)?

yes I have heard of that on s5. that's why it's like they say it's good to have data backed up elsewhere. oh also that can happen on an apple on say tmobile so any carrier and device the software can crash
