I seem to be using a lot of data. Had a new SIM card installed last week. Now home WiFi says Secured, Saved, but doesn't seem to connect?? Also lost my Visual Voicemail, Error Code 9009 which no one at VZW Customer Svc can figure out how to fix. Anyone?? I refuse to do the Factory Reset cuz half my contacts are backed up to Cloud which I disconnected from, and half back up to GMail and I don't know how to make them all back up to one so I can't Factory Reset.
go to settings > find application manager > find voicemail icon > force stop + clear data - to fix voicemail
to address the wifi. go to settings > wifi > tap network you're "connected" to and scroll and select "forget this network" attempt to reconnect
