It sounds like you are using the threaded discussion view. If you click on your profile link at the top right corner of the community website, you will open your profile page. There is an option in "Edit Preferences" to change the discussion style from threaded to flat. The flat style will make every discussion have multiple pages once it is ten or responses to the original post. (This is the exploring I mentioned earlier.)

Here is a question.  I got the Samsung flip case for my shiny new Note II.  I noticed that there are what looks like two electrical contacts on the inside that match up with two contacts in the phone.

What are these for?  Are they for wireless charging or are they for the NFC?

Thanks

Timmy

Maybe those contacts tell the phone when you close the flip cover it also turns off the screen?

No.  That I've already confirmed.  Besides, the original battery cover has electrical contacts as well.

The original battery cover has the NFC battery.  These contacts are for the NFC antenna function.

The original Note had NFC on the battery. The note 2 has it built in to the back cover, so if you get an extended battery and want NFC, make sure that the cover that comes with it has NFC built in to it. Probably a moot point for a while since I can download Google Wallet to my Note 2, but it isn't operational yet. I can set it up, but not use it. Also, the few merchants I've found that accept NFC aren't merchants I purchase from. That will probably come in time.

Some people like putting their phone in their pocket. I like having it on my belt since my pockets are already full of stuff I use for work. I have used the Seidio Surface case with the belt holster on my last 3 phones. It holds the phone securely and it clips into the holster with the screen facing in, not facing out. I've also had the Seidio Active and I know it probably offers more protection if you drop it, but I just didn't care for the extra bulk. Same reason I don't care for the Otterbox. The Surface adds very little to the original size of the phone and has a look and feel that I really like. Also, I'm pretty careful with my phones and I've only dropped one phone that I can remember. However, If' you have a tendency to drop your phone often I'd go with the Active, or the Otterbox.
