Has anyone had a problem with not getting a screen when the phone is on? Example, I would get a phone call but screen is black. Also, when I would try to get a screen, I would get like a burst of a screen and then nothing. I would take the battery out to reboot and would hear it go on but no screen. I would do this for a long time until it finally gives me a screen. After a few hours, it would do it again. I was told by VZW that it was the wires in the phone that's doing it. Could the battery do it too when overheated? I am baffled. I love this phone but I an getting a replacement. Bwt, I know it's not the settings because I checked. Thanks.
