My phone and the charging adapter both get hot while charging.
I just purchased the phone in March, I am using the cable that came with the phone. There wasn't an adapter included and I have tried several different ones they all get hot while charging.
Please help.
I noticed over the months I've had my S4 that if I lay the phone down while it's charging, the phone becomes hot. I recommend getting a stand up charger for home/work charging and a phone holder for when you're driving and charging. That way the phone has air circulating fully around it. I cannot explain why that happens, but that's how I've solved the problem. Hope it works for you!
