Screen has gone totally blank. Tried the on/off switch - nothing. Tried swiping screen - nothing. A blue light is blinking in the left upper corner - thats it. Any suggestions/assistance?
Have you tried powering off and back on by removing the battery?
Wow! That doesn't sound good at all, but you have already done what we normally would have you do. What happens when you remove/reinsert the battery? As far as you know, is there any damage to the phone?
