And did you SEE THE TIME STAMP ON THE POST? I posted that response at 11:45 AM, you posted your update at 12:59 PM, AFTER I replied. Now, you tell me how I was supposed to reply to a post that had not yet appeared?

Okay, I'm confused. That post was, actually, sent in response to another post. I had no idea that this was all going to a forum, and I thought you were Verizon Customer Service.

I should, probably try to close this thread, as the issue with my phone is now with Samsung.

The time stamps on the posts reflect the last edited time. Since they have edited their own post to remove the personal information that tikibar1 warned them about their post appears to have been created after yours.

You initially replied to another user's discussion thread on the Verizon Wireless Community Forum. Only the original poster can mark a discussion as solved.

As for closing the thread, only a Mod or Admin can do that.

That is possible too since once a post is reported to the Moderators it is no longer visible in the community to the rest of the users.
