After the last software update in October, wifi in my house and at work has become very weak on the phone. Nothing has changed at home or work regarding wifi. At home my phone can barely get a signal when in my bedroom and the router is in the next room separated by a wall. I used to have a very strong signal and could even get it outside in my garage. I've tried power cycling, taking out the battery and sim card. I've tried safe mode as well to no avail.

Have you tried resetting the router. Can others connect to it OK? FDR next step for your device

I have tried resetting many times. Like I said, it's not just at home, it's at work as well. Others can connect with no issues.

I would try a soft reset first and if still not working do the FDR that tbo27 posted.

Already tried the soft. Guess I have to do the hard one. Hate doing it though

Well, tried the FDR and it did nothing so I'm out of ideas. Hopefully Verizon/Samsung has a fix someday
