One calls come in, I answer it, the other call is placed on hold. When I am done with the second call and press end both the second and first call both end. If the second call ends the call first before I do, then, my phone shows that I still have both calls on the line. I can swap calls and then hear a dial tone where my second call used to be. This is a known Verizon issue. Where is the solution?
