Ringtone Message Won't Allow Download

I downloaded a few songs from here and they came through as messages but when I view the only option I get is play.

What options do you get when you long press the attachment or the empty space in the message around it?

Wow, I got it.  I tried that yesterday and got nothing. Today I had the option to save.  Thanks!
