Replacement Samsung Note 2 won't connect to wifi

I just recieved my replacement phone (Samsung Note 2) and I'm having trouble connecting it to my wifi? After each attempt my phone tells me "network diabled, poor connection" even though no one else in my household is having this issue with their cell phone. Please help

JTJACKS, let's get you connected to WiFi. I recommend that you power cycle your phone off/on to soft reset it. Additionally, you will also need to verify that you've entered the correct WiFi password for the device in your house. Keep us posted.
