I live in santa cruz -- I NEVER had issues with dropped calls until the past few day (early Sept 2015). Now I can't have a call without it dropping. I depend on my cell for work and it's been impossible. What can I do?
Wife_of_Michael, I can truly understand the importance of having a good working phone for work. I want to make sure we do everything we can to make this a better experience going forward. What kind of device do you currently have? Do you have any issues with sending or receiving text messages or using the data on the phone? Also, when you have a dropped call do you ever get any kind of error message on the phone? Please keep us posted.
