My Razr M won't boot - it keeps hanging at the red eye. I've tried all the reboot options short of a factory reset. Before I do that I'm wondering if there is a way to get my photos off the internal memory. I've tried connecting with the USB but it doesn't recognize it since it won't power on. Any way to do this?

Were the photos backing up to Google drive or any other cloud storage? If they are only on the phone, you may be out of luck... (I have my photos set to auto backup to cloud whenever I am connected to wifi - so even if I lose a few, the majority of my photos and videos are stored in the cloud as well as my phone.)
Unfortunately, no. I think I just have to accept that I'm going to lose them. I will definitely set up the backup to the cloud once I get the phone working again, though. Thanks!
