Ever since Lollipop upgrade in March, phone just a big paperweight as far as I can see. I have replaced phone; factory reset; reboot from cache; reseat cards; removed all 3rd party software; etc. etc.  Battery overheats and drains in less than 3 hrs; phone freezes; phone restarts: apps stop running; etc.  I have been through T2 support to no avail.  I have contacted Samsung who denies having any issues.  Verizon said that, if not solutions are found and the problem is widespread enough they will do a warranty replacement with an S6.  HOW DO WE GET OUR VOICES HEARD SO THIS IS DONE ASAP?  Otherwise I will cancel my Verizon account and move to another carrier who will absorb my penalty.  WE NEED TO GET THEIR ATTENTION.VZW customer support: When will you fix Galaxy S5 Lollipop upgrade?AndroidRe: to summarize the lollipop mess lollipop problemslollipop problemsLollipop - HELP!!!to summarize the lollipop messRe: S5 update lolipop, bad!camera problem in a samsung galaxy s5

Verizon & Samsung don't care and they are not going to help you with any issue with the Lollipop saga. The only thing you can do. Is print all the copies of the links you posted, they will and do support the issues you are having, and are undeniable.

Then go to small claims court and request a hearing it will cost you $60 to do that. Do that as fast as you can, a letter will be sent to Verizon to appear in court. Verizon will not appear in court to expensive for them to do that, when they don't appear in court they lose the case. But they'll settle the issue way before that.

Otherwise you can do nothing but let T-Mobile or AT&T absorb the penalty, but that would be a scam, they'll be some hidden cost in that marketing scam.
