OK so this goes out to all my Motorola and Verizon users... I have had a problem with my phone for the past 3 months after numerous calls to Verizon (6-7 calls) they have REFUSED to help me! Motorola had REFUSED to help me! Just a warning I am considering cancelling our service with them.

jeam217, my deepest apologies that have had to call us that many times and get no assistance. The last thing we want is for you to leave the family. You have reached the perfect forum to get the help you need. Please elaborate on the issue at hand and allow us to address it.
