I have a RAZR M, that was recently "upgraded" to KitKat.
After "upgrade" I wiped cache and performed a factory reset.
I have many questions about the changes, but the biggest is;
How do I tell if I am connected to service, be it WiFi or Cellular?
The icons no longer turn blue, indicating caonnection.
I am receiving 3G service in areas where I had 4G service, prior to KitKat.
The phone's owner's manual states "Network and WiFi icons turn blue when your smartphone exchanges data with your google account."
I tried deleting and re-entering my google account. No change.
PLEASE HELP!

This is a change in KitKat. You'll have to two finger swipe down from the notification area down to see if the indicators they're orange or not. White=OK Orange=No Connection

Thanks again droidmaxxhd. Ok, so now I understand. I don't know if I aggree that most didn't understand the colors. A simple google search would reveal the answer.
Yes, I agree with you on the arrows. Why did Moto leave the CPU/GPU sucking arrows? \_0_/
Anyways, I prefer the blue, because it is easier on the eyes, as opposed to white.
