I purchased a ringtone/ringback bundle at 2:50 pm this afternoon throught the Verizon Website on my laptop. The ringback set up and works perfectly! I recieved the text message that alerted me to the download of the ringtone but nothing happened after that. It's now 12:33 AM and my ringtone still hasn't downloaded. I tried holding down on the file in the text message but there is no option to save it. I'm using an LG Enlighten, and so confused!
