Sorry... I'm not sure if this forum is allowed for questions or not, but the chat feature is currently closed for the night. Anyway, my galaxy s6 randomly stopped working this afternoon; I used it this morning and it was fine, but when I tried to use it this evening the screen just repeatably flashes this white light over and over and over and my lock screen never shows up on the display. The most curious thing is that my phone just sat in my pocket all day from when I used it in the morning to when I used it at night; I wasn't using it at all, and it's never had problems like that in the past. I have no idea what to do, and I can't restart the thing. Is the phone completely broken or is there hope?
If you hold the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds, does that reboot the phone?
Will that get rid of the flashing though you think?
