Phone wont turn on but did vibrate every few seconds.

My Samsung S4 is off and not turning on. It did get wet but it seemed fine but I couldn't check the battery. Yesterday, It did vibrate every few seconds or so but it stopped. When i try to turn it on, It will show the logo but immediately shut off. I need this phone for school so please answer quickly!

I have tried-

- A hard reset (wont turn on)

- Charging over night

- Blowing in charger hole
