Phone showing 000-000-0000 as number. Different from account.

When I look at the Phone number in the settings screen on my device (Samsung A20), it shows the phone number 000-000-0000.

However the correct number is in the "Manage my device" screen for the phone.

Is there something I can do on my end to get the phone to use the number assigned to it?
