Phone Won't Charge

I got a new Droid X last night and the battery died over night.  It's been on the charger for an hour now and still reads 0% and phone won't turn on.  Help!

It takes a lot longer to charge a fully drained battery.

Make sure you're using AC power instead of USB, that will take even longer.

The phone finally turned on after being on the charger for an  hour.
