Have 2 voice mail messages from my mother, now deceased, want to be able to save them permanently on my computer. Does anyone know how to do this? Can Verizon do it for me?
If it matters, I have a Samsung Stratosphere.
Thanks in advance for any suggestions!!

The easiest "hands off" way to get messages saved is by using a service like SaveMyVM (www.SaveMyVM.com). They will remotely access your voicemail and create a digital recording of the desired messages.
If you are a little tech savvy, you could connect a cable from the headphone jack of your phone to the 'line in' port of a computer. Then play the messages on your phone and capture the incoming sound with some free audio editing software such as Audacity (Audacity: Download)
Good Luck in getting those messages saved!
