I am trying to move photos and apps to the micro sd card, but can not figure it out. Also am looking for the "my files" area and am unable to locate. Please help.
If there isn't a pre-installed "My Files" app, you will have to download a file explorer app from the Play Store.
What version of the OS is your phone running. Devices running 4.0 and higher don't support app installed on your SD card unless specifically written back in by the manufacturer.
