Pantech Breakout problem updating apps (like weather) when wifi and data are both on

Does anyone have this problem?  My breakout wouldn't connect or update apps if both Data and WiFi are activated.  Also, when checking for a software update for the phone, I continually get errors - download error has occurred, try again later

Hi imrjb,

You should be able to update and download your application using the network that is most convenient for you!  Have you checked the settings within the Play Store directly?  Open The Play Store>press Menu key>press Settings.  There will be a setting that controls what network the Store will use.  In terms of the issue with software updates, the last release was in January.  Can you confirm the current version that you have? Press Menu>Press Settings>Press About Phone>Board and Software Version.
