Every time i try my phone needs a PUK and i dont have it and i shutdown then turn it on, it is on the pin i put in right pin and i go to settings and it goes right back to the PUK PIN screen. i have tryed everything ive seen on here but nothing has worked. need help

IIRC, you can get the PUK unlock PIN on your My Verizon page, the default is something like 1234 or 0000. There is, however, a possibility that you will have to call in to CS to get the code.
From what I'm finding, good luck with all of you.........VERIZON gives you the biggest RUN AROUND I have ever run into!!!!!
I may even cancel my landline with them!!!!!!!
